portfolio reviews, are they worth it?

$1,699 for a portfolio review? Are they serious? Someone in the biz, please view this short video and help me to understand if this portfolio review is worth paying two month's rent.     I received a lot of commentary about this from other industry professionals. And, yes, this one appears to be a bit too expensive.

    So, was offered another portfolio review today. This one $290. However, all the 'reviewers' seem to be other photographers. What's up with that? Tawk amongst yourselves.
